Monica Uribe has been teaching Aqua Yoga since 2018. Chronic back and neck injuries led her to yoga. She has two 200-hour teacher trainings in Hatha and Chakra Vinyasa and has been actively teaching yoga since 2010. In 2018, she suffered knee and shoulder injuries which stopped too many activities including teaching yoga this led her discovering Aqua Kriya Yoga. In 2 months time, working 4-5 times a week her knee and shoulder were feeling almost 100% better. She's been hooked ever since.
